The history of our group
Swinger International was established in Verona in the beginning of the 70’s. Their initial, small artisan production of Jeanswear gradually takes on an identity that is more and more sophisticated and confident up to the creation of “denim fashion”, a style that rockets the Swinger label to fame. In just a few years, the company continues to grow globally becoming increasingly well-known in its sector. In 2001 Mathias Facchini became the company Chief Executive Officer. The generational shift did not change the standard reached over the years. His arrival has brought a wave of energy in the entire company, who have quickly achieved great growth and internationalization results. Swinger International constantly expands and diversifies its own production of men’s and women’s wear, enhancing and consolidating an important industrial know-how that, together with research and innovation on product, will be the basis of its success. Starting from the late 80’s Swinger International signed an important license agreements with worldwide famous brand like Missoni, Fendi, Roberto Cavalli, Ungaro, Vivienne Westwood, Roccobarocco, which help to set up the company as one of the most dynamic and professional for worldwide management of licenses in prêt-à-porter and young fashion industry.
Genny
The Genny brand was first launched in 1962 by Arnaldo and Donatella Girombelli. The collection soon gained acclaim and popularity among women, claiming its place among the top names in Italian fashion, also on account of the stylistic contribution of famous designers such as Gianni Versace, who became the Creative Director at Genny in 1973. The brand has belonged to Swinger International Group of Verona since 2011, which has chosen a new direction for Genny’s original style by artistic director Sara Cavazza Facchini.

In 2009 he signed an important licensing agreement with Versace Maison for the brands Versus and Versace Jeans now Versace Jeans Couture. Collections are made up of both of apparel and accessories like bags and shoes. Versace Jeans is the Versace line which is targeted at a younger audience that will not forsake style: the creative DNA and strategic global marketing of the company are maintained. Its international spirit conquers a young market which has won over with an engaging and innovative total look that includes clothing, accessories and footwear.

In July 2022, the company started to collaborate with Roberto Cavalli Maison for Just Cavalli: a strong, magnetic, and young collection. Provided since the beginning with strong personality and special focus on the use of innovative materials and experimental graphics, the line has always stood out as a mix in which style blends with incledibly sophisticated details.
The collectionChiara Ferragni Brand
In 2020 Swinger starts collaboration with the most important fashion influencer and digital businesswoman of the world, Chiara Ferragni. Chiara Ferragni Brand is a fashion yet pop brand launched in 2013. The Brand is renowned for its iconic Eye motif and it presents today playful yet stylish collections which unite inspirational elements from travels, music, pop culture and contemporary art universe.
