SUPPLIERS INFORMATION EX ART. 13 GDPR

Dear Provider,

SWINGER INTERNATIONAL SPA ("SWINGER" or the "Company"), in its capacity as data controller, wishes to inform you that it needs to process the data you have provided as part of the contractual relationship or for the establishment of the same with the Company.

1. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Processing, management, fulfillment and any contractual, administrative, accounting and logistical activity related to the relationship in place or to be established with the Owner, including all mandatory requirements by law;

The legal basis for processing No. 1 is the execution of pre-contractual measures or a contract to which you are a party and the fulfillment of legal obligations.

3. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

All the aforementioned data will be kept even after the termination of the contractual relationship and according to the ordinary limitation period of 10 years.

4. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Without prejudice to the communications carried out in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, the data may be communicated exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes to the following categories of recipients: professionals or administrative, accounting and tax service companies that carry out these activities on our behalf as data processors; credit institutions, transport and shipping companies, which carry out activities necessary for the provision of services and delivery and / or transport of goods purchased; external structures, which deal with the technical and information management of our information infrastructure; financial administration (Inland Revenue); consultants of the holder.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES AND ANY AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

The data controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries or use automated decision-making processes, including profiling.

6. NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The conferment of your data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 is compulsory and therefore the refusal to provide them in whole or in part will make it impossible for the Company to establish or execute the contract and to properly carry out all the related obligations.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

You may exercise, where applicable, the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR (right of access, rectification, cancellation or restriction, opposition and data portability). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or other competent authority.
